2. Training Program:

       Training is one of the most important programs of the Youth Development Department. In order to make unemployed youth a skilled human resource, the Department of Youth Development provides training in institutional and informal trade. At the district level, institutional training is provided on a residential and non-residential basis.

Residential training courses conducted at the district level youth training center

Training courses in livestock, poultry, first aid, fisheries and agriculture.

        The duration of the residential training course is 6 months. To participate in this training, the trainee has to pay Tk 1.5 (one hundred) admission fee and Tk 1.5 (one hundred) as deposit (refundable). The Department of Youth Development provides a monthly training allowance of Tk. Minimum educational qualification for admission to this course is eighth grade.

Fisheries Training Course:

         The duration of the residential training course is 6 months. To participate in this training, the trainee has to pay an admission fee of Rs. Each of the participants was given a monthly training allowance of Tk. Minimum educational qualification for admission to this course is eighth grade.

Training, marketing and marketing of dairy products

        The duration of the residential training course is 6 months. To participate in this training, the trainee has to pay an admission fee of Rs. Shrimp and crab farming, marketing and marketing training courses

Goat and sheep rearing and cattle first aid training courses

Buffalo and cattle first aid training courses
